Cash payment

You can pay for your order at our store. You will be given both your order and the sales slip.

 

Bank transfer

You can pay for your order in any bank operating in Russia. Banks may charge a commission for the transaction. Your payment will be transferred within 2 to 3 working days.

There are two ways to print out a filled-in transfer form:
– by clicking on the "Print Payment Form" button after placing your order;
– by clicking on the "Pay" button in the Orders section.

You can fill out the bank payment form by hand in a bank. In this case, please specify OOO "Pinaks" as the payment recipient and write the account number in the comment section.
If your bank supports online transfers, you are welcome to use internet banking services.

 

Online payment with a bank card

You can pay for you order online with your bank card via Tinkoff bank's Internet acquiring. All payments are protected in accordance with international security standards.

You can pay for goods and services with the following cards:

MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Visa, Visa Electron

Paying for goods / services with your bank card.

  1. The cardholder places an order for goods / service on the online store website, confirms the terms of the order (list of goods, delivery method, payment method, amount of payment) and selects a bank card as a means of payment.
  2. Online payments for goods / services using bank cards are carried out using 3DSecure technologies.
  3. The online store processes the order and creates a request for the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) system to register the Cardholder’s order. The online store request contains the following details of the order: order contents, payment amount, return addresses, where the Cardholder will be returned in case of successful or unsuccessful payment, etc. If the order is successfully registered, the EFT sends back a unique order number to the online store.
  4. The online store forwards the Cardholder to the EFT payment page, where payment details are displayed and where card details can be entered. The cardholder selects the type of the card they will pay with and enters its details:
    • card type;
    • card number;
    • card expiration date;
    • name and surname, as written on the card;
    • CVC2 or CVV2;
    • confirms their consent to pay for the order by entering a special password.
    A special password is a numeric / alphanumeric sequence that uniquely identifies the customer as the Cardholder. A special password is verified by the issuing bank.
  5. The service provider verifies the format of the entered card details and carries out additional procedures to authenticate the Cardholder in accordance with international standards (3DSecure) and transmits the request for authorization of the transaction to the Bank.
  6. The bank verifies the right of the online store to conduct the transaction in accordance with its registration and authorizes transactions in the manner established by the relevant international payment systems.
  7. If authorization is not confirmed, the Bank sends a notice of refusal to the EFT, which in turn transmits this information to the online store and to the Cardholder, specifying the reasons for the refusal.
  8. If authorization is confirmed, the Bank sends the confirmation of authorization to the EFT, which transmits the confirmation both to the online store and the Cardholder.
  9. After receiving the confirmation of authorization, the online store provides the service (carries out work, sells the goods) to the Cardholder.
  10. Processing of authorized transactions is performed automatically no later than the next working day after the day of the transaction.

Cancellation of payment for goods / services.

  1. If the need arises to cancel an online payment for goods / services after the transaction was completed (the Cardholder decides not to place the order, etc.), the online store can cancel the transaction. Cancellation of the transaction is carried out before the Bank closes the day (before 23:59 Moscow time on the day of the transaction) in accordance with the "Guidelines for the use of the electronic commerce hardware and software complex."
  2. In order to cancel the transaction after the Bank has closed the day, you need to fill in the "Application for Cancellation of the Transaction" found in the Appendix No. 5 to this Agreement and send it to the Bank.

Return of goods (refusal of services) paid for by card.

  1. If the Cardholder returns the goods, the Company verifies that this order is in their database and draws up a Refund Application (Appendix No. 4 to this Agreement) and sends it to the Bank. The application must be signed by persons authorized to sign in accordance with the card holding specimen signatures and seal impression and sealed with the Company seal. The Bank refunds money in "return of purchase" operations to the card with which the goods / services were paid for.
  2. Online payments for goods / services using bank cards are carried out using 3DSecure technologies.
  3. The site processes the order and the details needed for the Authorization Request through the EFT to the Issuing Bank. The EFT authorization request contains the following details of the order: order contents, payment amount, return addresses, where the Cardholder will be returned in case of successful or unsuccessful payment, etc. It the payment is successfully transferred, the EFT sends back a message containing an Authorization Code.
  4. The site forwards the Cardholder to the EFT payment page, where payment details are displayed and where card details can be entered. The cardholder enters the card details:
    • bank card number;
    • bank card expiration date;
    • name and surname, as written on the bank card;
    • CVC2/CVV2/ППК2 (a three-digit code in the MasterCard/ Visa/MIR payment systems needed to carry out an additional verification of the entered card details and to increase payment security; this code is printed on the signature strip and is used for verification in Payment Transactions without presenting the Bank card / manual input);
    • confirms their consent to pay for the order by entering a special password.
    A special password is a numeric / alphanumeric sequence that uniquely identifies the customer as the Cardholder. A special password is verified by the issuing bank.
  5. The EFT verifies the format of the entered card details on the payment page and carries out additional procedures to authenticate the Cardholder in accordance with international standards (3DSecure) and transmits the request for authorization of the transaction to the Bank.
  6. If authorization is not confirmed, the Bank sends a notice of refusal to the EFT, which in turn transmits this information to the Company and to the Cardholder, specifying the reasons for the refusal.
  7. If authorization is confirmed, the Bank sends the confirmation of authorization to the EFT, which transmits the confirmation both to the Company and the Cardholder.
  8. After receiving the confirmation of pre-authorization, the Company provides the service (carries out work, sells the goods) to the Cardholder.
  9. Having provided the services, the Company confirms the fact of providing the service through the EFT by entering the amount due for payment.
  10. Processing of authorized transactions is performed automatically no later than the next working day after the day of the transaction.
